As Founder and CEO of Anchor Retail, Tori has built one of the Midwest's leading commercial real estate firms. Over the past 25 years, she has represented national retailers and restaurants, including Panera Bread, Bath & Body Works, PetSmart, and Academy Sports. Her work has resulted in more than $1 billion in closed transactions.
Tori's long list of industry recognition includes being named a Top Woman of Influence and Top 150 LinkedIn Influencer by CREi Summit, a Tenant Rep Broker of the Year honoree by GlobeSt.com, and inclusion in Crain's Cleveland Business “Top 40 Under 40.” She also received Panera Bread's national “Mother of the Bread” award for securing the most sites nationwide and was inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
A proud graduate of John Carroll University's Boler School of Business, Tori is a licensed real-estate broker in the state of Ohio with offices in Cleveland and Columbus. I was raised by a family that modeled Christian values of faith, integrity, service, and stewardship. They also spent generations in the fine jewelry industry, which taught me the value of craftsmanship, patience, service to others, and the ability to see qualities others might miss. Those early lessons, paired with daily practices like prayer, reflection, and journaling, shape how I lead, advise, and live.
For me, intuition isn't mystical; it's disciplined discernment. What you cultivate within, clarity, character, and calm, shows up in the choices you make and the results you create.
