Mo Regalado: The Social Media Blueprint for CRE Leads & Community
Welcome to this episode of The Tori Nook Talk Show! In this episode, Tori sits down with Mo Regalado, founder of MoVO Media Marketing—the heartbeat behind some of CRE’s biggest social media presences, including Bob Knakal and Beth Azor. Mo is StoryBrand certified and has spent over a decade turning passive scrollers into leads by getting the message right.
Mo didn’t start in social media marketing. She built her foundation in radio as a news director and assistant program director, learning the art of infotainment: educate, engage, and entertain. In 2012, she started MoVO Media doing voiceover work for brands like Adidas and Kings Hawaiian. She grew a major brand’s Facebook page from 821,000 to 1 million followers in nine months, served as marketing director for a Harley Davidson dealership (taking them to #1 in the world twice in 2017), and officially entered commercial real estate in 2021 with Beth Azor.
Today, Mo and her husband Hector run MoVO Media full-time, offering social media management, websites, CRM, and automations for CRE professionals. She co-hosts two shows: A Cup of Joe with Corey and Mo (5:30am M/W/F on Instagram) and Social Surge with Fly Jamerson (LinkedIn, twice a week).
They dive into why strategy matters more than posting frequency, how SEO is now AEO (AI Engine Optimization), why your friends’ opinions don’t matter if they’re not transacting with you, and Mo’s signature advice: stop overthinking and just post.
